I happened to see this city during its’ relative peak. Back then grotesque little towers were yet to destroy the boulevards. That was the time when the trees were able to breath in the head, to savor the rain and the snow. The city is constantly changing. One can argue when it was better back in the 70’s or the 80’s of the 20th century. But one thing is certain that was the time when the city was still breathing rather than gasping for air.
