The baby made a mess all over himself and started saying “not the mama”. Just then a goosh of toxic ooze spilled out of the icecream vendor’s truck. It hit Earl and his baby. They mutated gradually. Earl mutated into philosoraptor the meme and grew other mouths and eyes. The baby mutated into a sludgy alien who could control people’s minds. Out popped a new baby which grew attached to Earl Sinclair. They were attached by a thin skin. The carnies ushered them down to the sewer to escape.
