She had passed away in her sleep after attending the circus (this had nothing to do with the spill but rather from her smoking habit). She appeared as a ghost in the sewer after her death. When the great spill happened and it flooded the sewer she became mutated with a menthol cigarette. Menthol was her favorite flavor. She was harmless but liked to scare the creatures in the sewer.
