062 out of 500 Hank and Frank joined the circus in Eastern Europe at a young age. They were Siamese twins so they were accepted into the circus freak show. They would do tricks for the people there until they decided they wanted to move to America and join Carnie Town. Months after they started work the toxic spill happened.
