Moo was a mini cow from the children’s petting zoo section of the circus. Moo had always been a cool cow but was rather dated. When the toxic ooze dropped all over the petting zoo all the poor animals went wild. Moo kept her cool. She mutated into the stable hand who sported a mullet. Moo developed 90s sunglasses that stuck to her face. She dripped toxic goo from her udders. She fled to the sewers with the carnies hoping to find refuge and some old MTV video tapes.
