041 out of 500 The Sewer King was a young nameless boy. He had been abandoned at the circus just after the spill occurred. He used to have a name but he forgot it. He had forgotten his family and anything that tied him to his old life. The sewer and it’s toxicity had warped his young mind. His mind was mutated and he could move things with his twisted mutated young brain. He would grab rats with his mind control and twist and contort them and make crowns from their bodies. He felt powerful. Although evil creatures roamed the depths of the sewers he knew he was the true king. The carnies tiptoed by the Sewer King as they witnessed him killing rats.
