RoboCat wasn’t always a cat he was a cop. He was sent to patrol the circus ground after everything and everyone was mutating and destroying the circus. RoboCat was a RoboCop originally and had to be pieced back together from death. The toxic ooze melted his visor off and he melded into a nearby orange tabby cat. He now had cat like reflexes along with cyborg reflexes. RoboCat followed the carnies into the sewer trying to protect them but e got sidetracked when he became hungry and saw a sewer rat running around.
