It slithered through the sewer tunnels until it reached the sewer of Carnie Town. It was drawn to the toxic goo like a magnet. It mutated further once it reached the depths of the Carnie Town sewer. It grew goat horns. This creature decided it needed a toxic transfusion to become stronger. It hooked up an old needle into its arm and it began to glow.
