The carousel ride was the oldest ride at carnie town. It had been there for several decades. When the toxic spill occurred at Carnie Town the ride was engulfed in green toxic ooze. One of the carousel horses mutated very quickly. It grew more eyeballs and melded into a small girl who was riding it. It took in a nearby ghostly spirit. It chased the carnies down the sewer with the girl on its back. It’s toxic power is fear.
