Philipse Manor piece from the series on which I am currently working called 30 Stops on Hudson Line . This series is inspired by Japanese ukiyo-e artists, such as Hiroshige and Hokusai, but created based on North American locations near New York City, and this one is based on the Philipse Manor stop on the Hudson MTA line. It's a piece of an emerging post-modern ukiyo-e artistic movement and a unique example of Northeastern American Ukiyo-e school.
