If you listen closely, you can hear their voices, The Ghosts of Elowah.  

The Ghosts tell a story of the burnt forest surrounding Elowah Falls in the Columbia River Gorge, which suffered a major wildfire in 2017 that consumed nearly 50,000 acres and took 3 years to reopen. A large rockslide shut off this area two weeks after this visit and not all of these trees survived.

I utilized “ICM” or Intentional Camera Movement to make these images and processed each to bring out the unique blend of colors and textures found in the forest during golden hour. Generated randomly in-camera, these images can't be duplicated or replicated and are essentially "non-fungible".

As an advocate for the natural world and the NFT art community,  10% of all first winning bids of this collection has been donated to the Friends of the Columbia Gorge
