Reuben Wu composes an image in Death Valley. -- Working with Reuben Wu as a digital tech, I often have the opportunity to capture behind the scenes images of Reuben at work in the otherworldly environments he photographs. Of all the stills and clips I've captured, this one stands apart. Here, Reuben peers into the waist level finder of his camera as he’s being engulfed in shadow on a playa in Death Valley. Before I knew Reuben professionally, as a friend, or mentor, I knew his work.
