This is from a series of landscapes (cloudscapes) I started working on at the beginning of the pandemic. They’re not something I seek out, but they rather seem to seek me out as I go about my relatively dull daily life, proving the old adage that nature is everywhere and it’s up to us how we want to interact with it.
This one I felt fit the mood of coming into 2022 after a couple of really rough years - hopeful and bright but still knowing there are dark forces at work entirely out of our control. Such is life.
