So naturally I set out to find this enigmatic institution as I was working on a book about human interaction with the spirit world. We traveled for days and kept asking and finally stumbled upon this settlement in the middle of nowhere. These two young girls had just begun their path to a shamanic career. The Soul2Soul Collection consists of 55 intimate portraits taken by photographer Hans Kemp over many decades of travel across Asia.
