A brick 6-bay Creole cottage originally with 6 large rooms including fireplaces, a closed gallery with cellars below and a two-story brick kitchen with terrace. In 1890 renovations were completed which included the addition of oversized dormers and shop windows.
Today the building is divided in the front into two storefronts, including No Rules Fashion, a landmark for whimsical and Mardi-Gras attire.
