Dark Torva

Dark Torva is a leader of the Compliance Enforcers (C-Force), a group tasked with enforcing codes and laws set forth by the Alliance. He is the only one licensed to terminate without restrictions. Other C-Force members possess a kill limit before they are retired. Dark Torva is granted execution powers, unless specified otherwise in mission briefing.
