Date: August 5th, 2020 Time/Orientation: 5:01AM/South Face Edition: 1/1 Three Fingers mountain is part of the Cascade Range and it is the 12th most prominent peak in Washington State. First climbed in 1929 by local climbers Harry Bedal and Harold Engles. There’s a fire lookout on the southernmost peak, originally built over a three-year period between 1930-32. I took this image during a two day solo backpacking trip to the summit of Vesper peak about 30 miles south of Three Fingers.
