Sunrise in Grand Teton National Park gets really crowded in the fall, especially at popular places like Oxbow Bend. There will often be up to 100 people there to capture the fall color at sunrise. While I love that location and have shot there several times, I prefer sunrise at places like this lake in the park. I have shot here on about five different mornings and have always had the place to myself. I love the solitude with just the company of elk bugling from the other side of the lake, and I still capture views of Mount Moran.
