Lighting the Night

The very sight of lightning is frighteningly mesmerizing. This is one of the very few photographs I have captured of lightning. This was photographed in 2019 from a high range area, Idukki, Kerala, India. I was waiting for a clear sky to capture the night sky. Then everything changed. The sky became cloudy and the sign of rain was around corner. I thought of winding up the process then lightning became to appear. This shot was one of the endless photographs I took that night.
