[210802] heavyhanded cleanup
spent half the day trying to clean up a database table, deleting rows matching certain criteria just in case it might affect something else..
after running into rows that just won't delete and spending an hour and a half overtime, i just truncated the entire table. hope nothing bad happens
i'm not good with computer.
