Free Real Estate Art Collaborations helps connect artists looking to collaborate within the NFT blockchain space by the strength of social connectivity. We act as a match maker for musicians and all forms of visual artists to create their desired NFT collaboration. Founded by Curator / Recording Artist ARTZ his goal is to bring artists together and mediate between all parties, to curate and form working relationships between creatives on the platform. From making the introduction to confirming schedule availabilities and gaging interest on a per project basis, ARTZ intends to build a community for the artists, made by the artists. Once complete, we will host the project as an exclusive release in our NFT store / gallery and we allow you to split ownership amongst fellow collaborators.

Recording Artist & Curator, ARTZ connects with Director / Photographer Jaiel Perez for the music video "Tan Seats". Jaiel uses still imagery to tell his story and evoke feeling throughout the visual. With so many photos taken during the shoot, ARTZ & Jaiel decided to put together a Photo Album that encapsulates the music video and the vibe. Alongside the series of pics, this NFT includes a Music Video Trailer and even some of the photos animated by Africa's own "Keitha Botha". These animations add nuance and a perfect touch to these cinematic pictures.
