When I started hearing rumors that we were gonna see a comet in 2020, my first thought was that I had to shoot it over Mt. Hood. This image is unique as we were the only people to shoot from this location. I know because I spent hours and hours planning it out with apps, maps, and Google Earth. And we were absolutely alone there, which wasn't surprising because getting there was an ordeal!
I'm super proud of this image and grateful for the chance to witness this astronomical phenomenon with good friends!
