ALLYSHIP

The PIECE is called titled ALLYSHIP and it was created in honor of PRIDE! Being an ally to me is about a lifelong commitment to stand by, support, and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community. It requires growth and evolution, as the culture changes, people change, laws change. I believe my ability to support and advocate requires awareness and education on my part and also willingness to take action. My late sister was queer and I will continue to be an ally out of love and support for her, as well as for all the many beautiful people out there in this wonderful community.
