#0102 Thailand Prime Minister dressed in “New Chinese Clothing" to attend the APEC meeting

Prime Minister of Thailand Prayuth Chan-ocha dressed in garments from the "New Chinese Clothing" to attend the 2014 APEC meeting. The collection “New Chinese Dress” adopts many traditional elements from Chinese culture and brings the past into the present. The garments adopt a stand-up collar, a traditional button, a pair of open plackets, raglan sleeves, and a jacquard pattern inspired from Song Dynasty textiles. In terms of craftsmanship, it combines Chinese and Western tailoring. The color used is a golden brown; a generous and dense tone.
