An ode to self-care in a fast-moving world, but with more cussing than my therapist used. This collection of my photographs is paired with learnings from therapy, typed out on my 1950s Smith-Corona electric portable typewriter. Keep one as a reminder. Send one to a friend. Just read them all and take a moment to remember that we're all doing our best, and WAGMI. I love you, friend I haven't met yet.
