This collection was about returning to my roots, i've been a digital artist for many years and i have always yearned the opportunity to return to making art in the form i was trained in[drawing and painting]. I was never in a position to make or showcase my illustrative pieces because numerous hurdles came into my path. The collection of drawings is a testament  to myself to reignite the flame i had for drawing in my younger years.The pieces displayed are documented artifacts showcasing my growth and how i have transitioned to the digital artform of drawing.

In the collection you will see abstract portraiture, along with abstract expressionism all hand drawn. The experiment has been a lovely journey understanding my mental state and how it affects the outcome of the art im making. Each piece was made in Procreate with an afro-surrealist creative direction.

My Beautiful Little Nightmares

The feeling of glass over canvas is weird, but the tools had more range. The piece was created to understand and not to be something...it became everything. All proceeds go towards the African Nft Community and Cybernaat Dao, to help establish African Spaces in the metaverse.
