Who Told You?

The beauty of my country seems to be the main thing that is constantly missing from our narrative. The sunsets in Zimbabwe are so beautiful and need to be experienced because they can't fully be expressed in words. As I was further expanding my shadow and light theme in this collection, I had to take a step back and admire the beauty the background brought to the picture. There is beauty to be found in even the darkest of moments, all you have to do is look around. So I will end with, 'Who told you?' Who told you that all we have to offer is controversy, political unrest and corruption? Zimbabwe is a beautiful country that houses some of the most beautiful people too.
