In the Floating World, one of the tallest towers is the Casino. At dusk, when the moon starts to rise, the sunset and atmosphere reflect off the mirrored tower, wishing good luck to everyone. Later that evening "the lonely guy" subtly reveals himself to be one of the true masters of the game.
