"Village of Dreams"- A collection of 10 photographs from my village in Kerala.

Over the course of four years, l captured these photographs from my village in the Kuttanad region of Kerala, India. The place is an amazing labyrinth of shimmering waterways composed of lakes, canals, rivers, and rivulets. 

In this collection, I clumped photographs from the hamlet where I lived for the best part of my childhood. I spent most of my childhood witnessing the scenic beauty of paddy fields, boat rides, and my grandmother's heavenly cuisine. 

Watching over my younger cousins, l could recollect similar experiences around the place. This collection is a reminiscence of the childhood life we had, the days when we used to spend time with nature, and the freedom we enjoyed as a child.

Village of Dreams

I love shooting in the rain and my cousin always loves to accompany me. It was a typical day in the monsoon. Heavy rain and strong winds and we decided to take a walk to get some rain vibes. 

I was able to bring out the monsoon vibe through this photograph. I managed to capture his raw emotion and the feel of the rain.
