Off The Dock - The Dock

It is nearly impossible to add a dock to a home in Hawaii. Most docks that do exist were build, like this one, in the early 1940's. This dock is grandfathered in. It can be maintained, but can not be extended. Its most resent paint starting to flake. It has given many families entry to the waters. On January 12th, 2021, I captured this shot of the dock in Kaneohe Bay at dusk.
