Warmth of the Forest

Standing among giants, the warm morning sun winds its way between the skyscrapers of the wooden metropolis, changing the colour of the structures to a warm inviting place, where sunlight can caress both of our faces as the darkness of night fades away. One of my favourite places to capture images is in the forest, and not any old forest, the forest of the Karri Tree. I like to stand in the presence of greatness and just observe, soak the atmosphere in and just "be". And it is in this state that I often find the inner feelings and views of the scene that move me, and it is those scenes that I want to photograph.
