Intentional Camera Movement, or ICM, is a fabulous way to create a uniquely looking image. By using a shutter speed longer than 1/4 of a second and moving the camera (usually on a tripod) in the desired direction as the camera's shutter is open. And, sometimes you get it first go, other times you have to keep trying.
Thankfully this image, Three and a half Amigo's only took four attempts. Settings were 1.5seconds at f22 with ISO 50 and a vertical movement during the exposure. Shooting in RAW allows for post processing to soften the colours, to raise the whites and highlights to make sure the Amigo's stand out.
