A collection of what I believe is my most raw and personal works. They are not pretty, they are not polished, but they came from the deepest parts of my soul and there was little to no conscious thought that went into them - pure expression. 

I painted these while on a one-way trip around Europe and had to adjust to learning Procreate on the Ipad when I my homeostasis was Photoshop on my computer. I struggled hard, and nothing was working. To top it off I was feeling very lonely, disconnected and missing my friends and family. These are the products of that experience.

The fifth in this collection. Feeling trapped in this state of creative block. Unable to escape. It had bound my hand and my mind. 

*this piece was featured in Archer Magazine this year (2021) - A magazine promoting diversity and identity. It was an honour to have such a raw and personal piece be featured in an article about loneliness.
