I think this is important to remember as we move through the world, to never forget what it took to get here, to create this beautiful planet. There are places on this earth that have withstood the test of millennia, that seem almost frozen in time. Beaten by the elements they may no longer portray their former glory, but are still worthy of our gratitude. I hate to refer to them as relics or remains of the past, but more so as titans shining in serenity.
