The Hottest of Dogs

I have only ever hunted down the smell of something cooking once. I could smell this mixture of wood fire and hot dogs from what seemed like a mile away. When I found this little place, it had the funniest "Fire Wood" sign on the building and a hot dog cart out front; they apparently smoked the dogs with the fire wood and the taste was incredible. To this day, these are the best hot dogs I have ever had in the entire world. I will never forget sitting in the plastic chair out front eating 2-3 and watching the free range chickens roam the yard.
