If You're Gonna Run

A little over a year ago my sister-in-law was going through an awful divorce. At the same time a friend who played bass for me was in rehab battling addiction and having thoughts of no purpose in life. I was so moved by their stories that I wrote this song for them and others who have gone through, or are going through, really difficult circumstances. We all feel at times like running away from our problems, and some of us have felt like just ending it all. If you or someone you know have felt this way, I encourage you to get the help you need and at the same time “run to Jesus”.
