'밀적금강(密迹金剛);아금강(哦金剛) Guhyapāda'

JPG / 3000 X 6000 px Jun, 2021 by Leone_cave 손에 금강저(金剛杵)라 불리는 무기를 쥐고 항상 불법을 호위하는 야차신의 우두머리로서, 부처님의 비밀스런 사적은 모두 듣겠다는 서원을 세웠으므로 밀적이라는 이름을 얻었다고한다. 보통 사찰의 금강문 왼쪽에 서있는 밀적금강은 입을 크게 열어 ‘아~’ 하는 소리를 내면서 공격하는 자세를 취하고 있다. Guhyapāda is a symbol of overt violence: he wields a vajra mallet "vajra-pāṇi" (a diamond club, thunderbolt stick, or sun symbol) and bares his teeth. His mouth is depicted as being in the shape necessary to form the "ha" or "ah" sound. In China, he is also known as General Ha (哈将 Hā Jiāng) in reference to this iconographic detail.
