Colour Computer #22

Growth is often found at the furthest ends of the emotional scale. Here, with 75 curated outputs, the Computer attempts to translate an array of emotional states using a flow of colour. These slices of emotion play out on the canvas like musical notes. Sometimes they appear free flowing and long lasting, while at other times fractured and interrupted. Viewers are invited to relate these scales of colour with moments from their own experiences. This system pays homage to the Atmospheric Effects series by Alma Thomas.
