Sakura | Hanami. Somewhere around Lake Ashinoko, Japan.
I was completely taken by the beauty of this cherry blossom. Sakura was in full action and petals were falling down all the time... probably the entire moment lasted a few hours. To me it looked like a river of flowers. For many Japanese, the blooming of the cherry blossom trees symbolizes human life, transience and nobleness.
For everyone to have the opportunity to own one (or more) of my photos at a reasonable price, I've decided to mint a series of them in editions of multiple copies (this image comes in 20 copies).
