Nature's Remembrance

The magical setting of the flow self-portrait series “Nature’s Remembrance”. "Nature's Remembrance" consists of 12 variations - all unique, all 1/1s - each with their own expression, but within the same framework. The series of work was created as a site specific artwork for my solo exhibition held during the performance festival ØKANT in Marstal (DK) 2021. It was shot inside the factory hall where my exhibition took place, to fulfil the festival prompt of artworks being locally and site specifically anchored. This particular piece has been kept in colour to emphasize the painterly mood of the spot, where nature quietly creeps into the industrial setting.
