When one stretches their limbs, especially after waking up, it's an indication to the brain to become active. It also limbers the muscles that have become stiff from no activity. That's the cycle that one needs to follow - rest, stretch, activate. Not just physically, but even with your mental health - clear your mind, take a pause, give it a light 'stretch' by meditating, and then switch on the active mode. This is what came to my mind when I spent almost an hour observing this leopard in the rain. He was resting for a long time, before he got up and stretched for a few minutes, then ran down the tree and disappeared into the forest.
