Lost in the depths of blue, the echoes of silence confront my consciousness and call to me.

The question of where my path is going stirs through my mind, but the answer remains in a continuous state of flux. These memories act as anchors, keeping me grounded when life feels like it's getting further away. Synchronicity Edition

With the release of an exhale, I become completely immersed in the amphitheatre of mountains. 

After waking from a cold and sleepless night in Gorak Shep, we made our way up to Kala Patthar. A small slope in comparison to the surrounding giants, that reaches 5644m. It wasn’t until this morning where the effects of altitude were truly felt, both mentally and physically. As twilight slowly shifted to day, light began to dance over sections of the Everest Massif, with the pointed peak of Ama Dablam in the distance. To recreate this transition and feeling, I decided to create a composite by adding in the star covered sky from a different location. 

‘Ama Dablam’ is part of the triptych edition ‘Synchronicity’. Weaving three different experiences from the sea, sky and mountains that evoke a similar feeling of inner stillness.
