Waywaya LandDAO Certificate of Deposit

This token represents $APE deposited in the Waywaya LandDAO Mint Pool for The Other Side Land Sale/Mint on 4/22/2022 at 9PM EST. Once the mint is completed and if the holder is allocated shares of Land, this token may be exchanged for a LandDAO Title NFT. If the Land acquisition is unsuccessful, this token may be redeemed for the original $APE, minus gas fees; or the deposit may be left in the mint pool for staking until another opportunity to purchase land arises. This token may be sold or transferred on the Open Market. Waywaya LandDAO does not provide a fiat or cryptocurrency exchange other than redemption as described above.
