Sometimes we get immersed in deep thought, to examine our feelings and emotions. This helps us for personal growth and self-awareness. To understand ourselves better or to cope with difficult emotions or situations, we need this time to process and comprehend, but also to help us make changes or take actions and find ways to move forward.
