Waves of Hope and Grief

The "Waves of Hope & Grief" NFT is an open edition work created by Lianna Adams as a follow-up to her 2022 piece "Phoenix Rising." That work was a response to the artist's experience as a caregiver for both her husband and mother, both of whom had cancer and was released on World Cancer Day 2022 in honor of her late husband and to inspire her mother's fight against lung cancer. 
 The collection also serves as a reminder to caregivers to never give up. The dragon in the work represents her late husband, while the phoenix represents her mother and the caregiver in the work, depicted in purple, represents the artist herself.
