Powers of Technology (Post-Historic Artifact), Robness

In a recent artifact discovery from the primitive superfuture, we see a description of possibly these beings’ understanding what powers technology can help propogate. Perhaps they are telling us it can either regress or progress their way of life. Robness’ Post-Historic series imagines a future race of primitive beings who discover the entire history of the last race of man. Now knowing how to interpret the information or technology, they use the items and language in their own perception and possible survivalist/ritual use cases.
