In the time of Harmony is a Pointillist (made with many points) painting by Paul Signac made in a significant period of anarchist revolution in France. As anarchists recognise no illegitimate authority, they recognised no leader hence the rebellion was scattered and didn't lead to significant changes, as it was led by individual effort without the brute force of the crowd.
