Din’s single eye seemed to pierce through the men who stood before him. The other was covered, by a cloth wrap, sewn from a fabric of living color. It was said that he could see the soul’s intention, able to look through the many disguises worn by humanity. Unlike the kings before him, he was not a man of noble birth, but one from dark beginnings. A man who seemed to ascend from nothing and out of nowhere, through only his own abilities and merit.
