An iconic view from the Lofoten Islands, taken from a bridge at Hamnøy. To get this scene right takes a fair amount of camera craft. Often images have converging verticals demonstrated mostly by the buildings. It's also hard to get all of the foreground interest without resorting to a much wider focal length, which means you lose the impact of the mountain in the background, a very tricky scene indeed, but one that you can overcome with a little knowledge, the right equipment and an ounce of patience. A wonderful winter scene is the end result.
