As individuals,we feel we are always underneath a Spotlight being watched and judged on our skills, abilities, personality and race. It can become stressful and lead to self doubt. As humans it’s these unique traits that make each of us a One of a Kind. This should be celebrated as each one of us have important traits that can help change the world. Let’s make the Spotlight bigger so all of us can be underneath in a positive way.
